My objective has been clearly distilled and at
the center of my creative endeavors for over
seven years now. Simply stated, I stride to
achieve a greater capacity for whole brained
thought. I believe that whole brained thinking
and the capacity for synthesis will be at the
core of the next global age and the most
important component to the next stage of
human development. I practice hundreds of
exercises that expand whole brained potential.
Most importantly, I believe that one’s capacity
for whole brained thinking is deepened and
expanded through the creative output and
synthesis of each sense individually. As a
result, I have explored the creative potential
of each sense and developed results that
demonstrate whole minded presence. I see
being a self taught artist as a raw organic
virtue and I protect, preserve and celebrate
this virtue at all cost. Painting is the result of
my most evolved sense, the visual, and it’s
the centerpiece of my work. To date, I have
created nearly two thousand visual artworks.
At best, writing and music are two fields of
interest that have been highly mastered and
can stand independent of the visual work.
At worst, they are exercises that expand my
capacity for whole brained thought, virtues
which should be evident in my paintings.
As a writer, I have completed four books,
seven film scripts, numerous short stories
and many poems. Musically, I have created
nearly three hundred songs. At this point
in my career, I have also spent as much as
twenty years developing the three remaining
senses of taste, smell and touch, but have
yet to synthesize them with the others into
a cohesive whole. In the future, I hope to
achieve a complete synthesis of the senses,
but I am for now, quite content in enjoying the
exploration of that process. TRENDS
