A Native Hungarian artist, she is profiled in Europe’s Famous
Woman Classical Orchestra Conductors. She has produced
seven CD’s, conducted in several Opera houses in Europe,
and founded four Festivals. Prof. Olga von Geczy is recipient
of the “Europe Cultural Award for her outstanding activity
in Music”.
“I am creating the same beauty and quality in the visual
arts, that I have discovered and created in my music. Life
is full of harmony, rhythm, dynamics, excitement, structural
build-up in composition, sadness and happiness, drama and
movement, light, and shadow... The visual arts as well as the
acoustic arts (Music) should mirror Life for the audience and
the visitor. Life is a complete unit; our interest leads us to try
and react from different viewpoints. One time you are more
interested in the acoustic area: or one time in the visual; We
absorb, define, and create in this sound or visual media.
We may use two different vocabularies as we express our
feelings about the same subject matter.”
