Sara Tandet-Ron is a creative artist who works in plastic arts,
painting, three-dimensional works, and varied printing
methods. She also uses a special medium she developed in
the past few years: organic shapes in oil and varnish on
canvas.
Her works touch on subjects such as reality and illusion,
ecology, and society. In recent years she has been engaged
in the production of art projects and as curator of several
collective art exhibitions. She lives and works in Amikam
village, 37830, Israel. She is a member of the Artists’
Association of Israel, the International Organization of Artists
I.A.C., the Association of Countryside Artists, and was
curator and initiator of projects involving several museums,
art galleries, and alternative spaces.
Tandet-Ron studied at the WIZO School in Tel-Aviv, in Ein Hod,
in the school of external studies at Haifa University, and
workshops held in several kibbutzim. She pursued advanced
studies in curatorship, printing, weaving, Japanese clay,
paints, ceramics, stained glass works and others. She also
teaches art for adults in the framework of courses approved
