Today, in contemporary art, the tragic sedimentation of signs, words,   and participation. What should evolve will subsequently devolve. Art

       deprived from their substantial dynamically, consequently and inevitably   free to choose “how” to view, in accordance to its real effective needs
       producing, an affected effect, rather than the necessary debates   and desires.
