         Born in Hungary in 1955, he initially pursued academic studies
         at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME),
         where he honed his analytical skills. However, his relocation to
         Germany marked a pivotal transition from the structured world of
         airport planning to the boundless realm of artistic expression.
         Richter’s artistic education continued at the Art Academy in
         Bad Reichenhall and the Academy of Fine Arts in Kolbermoor.
         Under the tutelage of Professor Markus Lüpertz, he underwent a
         metamorphosis from a meticulous engineer to a master artist. His
         works now grace studios in Baden-Baden and landscapes near
