SCULPTURES

Segev’s basic approach to sculpture is cubist, but the shapes
and lines embodied in the sculpture become soft and gentle,
completing the geometric construction and granting it
human dimension (“Thinker” and “Triangle Head”).

Her style incorporates elements, both realistic and abstract,
which reflect the intimate relationship between the artist
and her subjects – the soft, rounded, naked woman
(“Odalisque,” “Sunflower Lady”). Her portrayals are diverse
interpretation; alongside sculptures of clean simplicity are RECICLING WOMEN
                  works of intense complexity.
