Art Addiction’s Responsibility:
• Upon admission, Art Addiction is responsible for providing a virtual showroom space
to each submitter whose work is accepted.
• Art Addiction will display submitters’ artists’ works for a minimum of one year.
• Art Addiction is not responsible for selling or shipping of the artist’s work to buyers.
Interested buyers will contact the artist directly via e-mail to arrange purchase.
• Art Addiction does not guarantee that the art will sell.
• Art Addiction is not responsible in case of unlawful printing, downloading,
reproduction, or distribution of artwork.

Artist’s Responsibilities:
• The artist is responsible for providing contact e-mail and website information.
• The artist is responsible for providing the visuals for display, and a brief statement.
• Once the art pieces are admitted in exhibition/competitions, the artist is required
to exhibit with Art Addiction Online Gallery for a minimum time of one year. A request to
remove artwork can be made any time thereafter.
• The artist is solely responsible for selling and shipping of the work. Interested buyers
will contact the artist directly via e-mail to arrange purchase and delivery.
• The artist is responsible for notifying Art Addiction in a timely manner if the work has
been sold in order to make an appropriate update.

Termination:
• Art Addiction reserves the right to terminate the Application Form (Contract) at any
time with or without cause. The artist will be notified via e-mail.
• The artwork will be removed within three weeks of notification.
• The artist may terminate the contract after the initial one year by notifying Art
Addiction Online Gallery, in which case Art Addiction will remove the artist’s work from Art
Addiction Online Gallery within three weeks.

Admittance Requirements:

• Contact information: artist’s full name, e-mail, address, and website.
• Bio: a brief biographical statement and photo of the artist (optional).
• Work info: title, year, medium, size (centimeters or inches), price.
• File format: JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, PDF and image files 72 dpi /up to 1200 pixels.
• Advertising fee: the ad fee must be included with the submission.
The artist has read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.
