       dimensional nature of each
       work. Within this framework

       composition while the variations
       in colors gives the paintings
an appeal akin to music. I feel
       both musical sounds and colors
       have a common attribute, they
require virtually no effort to be
       enjoyed; Musical notes are as
       individual as colors. Both have
       a primitive charm that flows
       readily through the brain to
       inundate our emotions. Various
       colors, like music al notes,
       stimulate certain moods. The
       colors can evoke any number
       of emotions while the principle
       colors provides balance and
harmonic stability - just as music
       does by using counterpoint to
       harmony. My paintings provide
       the viewer with an experience
       of a psychological nature, which
is his or her unique emotional
       response to the work.
