Having been employed as a writer at LA Artcore for 10 years, Squires has
feature articles published in various catalogs. Her own work has been
reviewed in visions Magazine, Artweek, Art News, Arts Magazine and many
more. A book titled, ”Poem Into Life,” published by XLibris and featuring a
suite of paintings illustrating a poem by the same name, was available in
April 2009. She is a co-curator of exhibitions among which are: ”Angeles,
Ancestors and Spirit guides” and ”quarks to quasars.” ”I am a Picture Book,”
one of several children’s books that she has illustrated, was presented on
kCET’s ”Summer Faire.” She has a BFA from The Cooper Union in New York
City and Her Master’s degree is from California State University, Northridge.
